• At KER Custom Molders, Inc. we believe that our human capital is one of our greatest strengths.   We have an experienced and dedicated staff.  Our Process Engineers have over 75+ years of combined processing experience.   Our core operators have been part of our team for years and as a result are extensively trained on special projects for our customers.  We follow standardized work so the way one person does work is the way everyone does it.  With a small company we have open communication between all shifts.  Lastly, our employees are trained as part of our company.  They know what our quality management system is and how it works, they practice 5s principles, and have input on company activities such as our KER Safety Committee.  This strength in human capital has served us well and promises to serve you as well too.
