We manufacture plastic injection molded parts across a wide array of industries from medical supplies,
to automotive components, to consumer products, and many more. This core diversity demonstrates our ability to handle
almost any plastic injection molded project.
KER Custom Molders, Inc. has been in business since 1956 and has
been producing plastic parts since the early 1970s. We have fifteen injection molding machines housed in our 25,000
square foot facility located in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania. We operate our facility 24 hours a day, comprised of 3 shifts
of dedicated employees. In May of 2011 we became registered to ISO 9001:2008 standards and maintain ISO 9001:2015
standards today. This is indicative of our continued efforts to improve the customer experience and all manufactured
product.

Aside from our extensive experience in molding thermoplastics, we also have one of the best tool and die shops, Vision Custom
Tooling, Inc., onsite in the same facility. This full turnkey solution including mold builds and production runs
adds value to our customers. In addition, we specialize in ancillary operations that may include sonic welding, assembly
of parts, CNC operations, milling, overmolding, and many others. All projects can be tailored to your specific needs,
making your product truly custom made.
